Joyce serves as the creative force behind Choice Design Events, leading both the artistic vision and daily operations of the company. She works closely with clients to understand their needs, develop unique event concepts, and bring each celebration to life with creativity and attention to detail.

From client consultations and event design to inventory management, scheduling, bookings, and social media, Joyce oversees every aspect of the business to ensure a seamless and personalized experience from start to finish.

Willie Barbour

Co-Owner, Operations Director

Willie oversees the transportation, loading, and setup logistics for every event, ensuring that all décor, furnishings, and equipment arrive safely and on schedule. His reliability, organization, and attention to detail provide the foundation that allows the team to work efficiently and focus on creating beautifully styled events.

Behind the scenes, Willie plays a vital role in making each event run smoothly, from initial delivery and installation to breakdown and clean-up, ensuring every detail is handled with care and professionalism.

Crystal Taylor

Executive Stylist

Crystal brings a keen eye for design and detail to every event. She specializes in table styling, thoughtfully arranging centerpieces, linens, and décor elements to create cohesive and visually stunning tablescapes.

Crystal also develops the presentation concepts used during client consultations, helping transform ideas into beautifully curated event designs. Her creativity and organization help bring each event seamlessly from concept to completion.
